Location: Exeter
Salary: £34-40,000

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
Develop and coordinate technical design information across all RIBA work stages.
Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant legislation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Coordinate information across multidisciplinary design teams.
Produce specifications, schedules, and supporting technical documentation.
Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
Resolve technical and construction-related queries during project delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all work.
Candidate Requirements
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Relevant UK architectural practice experience.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
Experience producing technical packages for planning and construction.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage workload effectively and work to project deadlines.
A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when required.
