Salary: Up to £52,500 and OTE of £68K+
Location: Hampshire
Position: Full Time, Permanent (Projects Team)

The Industrial Electrician’s responsibilities:
Carry out installation, wiring, termination, and commissioning activities for critical power systems, ensuring all works meet relevant regulations.
Identify, investigate, and rectify electrical and control related issues throughout installation, commissioning, and live operational stages.
Complete detailed technical documentation, including commissioning reports, inspection records, test certificates, and compliance paperwork.
Collaborate closely with project managers, customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and to specification.
Support the development of less experienced team members by mentoring apprentices and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and providing practical guidance.
Deliver customer and internal training sessions covering the safe and effective operation of installed systems.
