Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored software solutions.
Maintain CRM records and achieve commercial targets.

The Person

Proven Account Management or Customer Success experience within a SaaS business.
Construction / Building Services background
Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with experience growing existing accounts.
Organised, proactive, and driven to achieve targets.
