Our client, a reputable dealership in Guildford, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified technicians looking to work within a well-established workshop offering modern facilities and career progression. The Vehicle Technician role provides a supportive environment, ongoing training, and the chance to develop within a growing brand.
Benefits of a Vehicle Technician:
Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, with potential bonus earnings
OTE of approximately £6,000 for highly motivated technicians
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends
22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing based on service length
Full manufacturer training to support skill enhancement and career growth
Modern, refurbished workshop with latest facilities and a dedicated MOT bay

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and diagnostic assessments

Work collaboratively within a team to ensure operational efficiency
Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer proceduresRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Relevant IMI or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician
Proven experience working in a busy workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle makes
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Local to Guildford or willing to commute
Enthusiastic about ongoing training and professional development
