Location: NG5, Nottingham
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Contract: Part-time, Term-time only
Are you an enthusiastic, qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role with excellent structure?
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead and run our vital wrap-around care provision. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for pupils during our Breakfast Club and After-School Club sessions across all five days of the school week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Provision: Plan, set up, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children attending both morning and afternoon sessions.
Breakfast Club (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Ensure a warm, positive start to the day, helping to prepare and serve healthy breakfast options and transition pupils safely to their classrooms.
After-School Club (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Provide a fun, relaxing, and secure environment after the school day, coordinating structured play, crafts, homework support, and light snacks.
Supervision & Safety: Maintain excellent behaviour management and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements:
Qualification: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience: Previous experience working with primary aged children, ideally within a school, nursery, or playwork setting.
Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills, with the ability to work independently to run sessions.
Reliability: Absolute commitment to the split-shift hours (7am–9am and 3pm–6pm, Monday to Friday).
Safeguarding: Must hold an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
