ServiceNow Architect
London, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

TechNest are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/professional to join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture, design and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
* Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.
* Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps.
* Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
* Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.
* Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.
Essential Skills:
* Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.
* Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
* CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.
* Strong JavaScript, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
* ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.
* Agile/Scrum experience.
* AWS, Azure or GCP exposure
