Senior Sales Desk Executive | Larne | £35,000 + Commission
Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Desk Executive to join a growing sales team. You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping lead the day-to-day operation of the Northern Ireland Sales Desk.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both winning new business and supporting team success.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Generating new business through outbound telesales activity
* Managing inbound enquiries and following up quotations
* Building long-term relationships with customers
* Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM
* Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities
* Supervising and mentoring the local Sales Desk team
* Assisting with onboarding and coaching new team members
* Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required
About You
You'll have:
* Proven B2B telesales experience
* A track record of consistently achieving sales targets
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* A proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude
