Vision for Education is looking to appoint a caring and motivated Primary Classroom Assistant to work full-time in a friendly primary school in West Kirby from September 2026.
This welcoming school has a strong community feel and is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed. You'll be joining a dedicated staff team who work together to create engaging lessons, promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will primarily support pupils within Key Stage 2, working alongside the class teacher to help children stay engaged, build confidence and reach their full potential.
About the role
Full-time position starting in September 2026.
Support teaching and learning within a Key Stage 2 classroom.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
About you
Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting.
A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
