Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on various projects in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire, valued between £200K and £2.5 million. The projects cover various sectors, including heritage works, retail, and industrial new builds and refurbishments.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a career move to a busy construction business with a solid and well-established pipeline of work and a good client base.

Your Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and detailed estimates for projects.
Prepare tenders for new business.
Manage costs for each project.
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrate a commercial mindset.Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Experience in estimating within a contracting background.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience presenting technical information.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-motivation to succeed individually and as part of a team.
Ability to create winning bids and tenders
