3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - HYBRID

We're looking for an experienced Third Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy IT Operations team.

• Provide third-line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell where appropriate.
• Support backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and compliant.
• Participate in an out-of-hours support rota.

You'll have experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and be confident working across cloud, networking and server technologies.

Essential Skills:

• Microsoft Azure
• Active Directory
• Networking knowledge
• PowerShell Scripting
• Backup technologies (Veeam or Arcserve)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach

Desirable:

• AWS
• Cisco AnyConnect
• Microsoft Autopilot
• Automation/DevOps
• ITIL Foundation
• Experience within a regulated environment
