Maintenance Engineer – DAYS (4on4off)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Paid Overtime (1.5x) + 25 days holiday + 10% Pension.
4on4off DAYS – 7:00am-7:00pm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business and work within a purely DAYS based capacity.
This role supports manufacturing through the provision of Maintenance Engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. If you are adept at achieving optimisation of plant availability through skilled Maintenance Engineering practices, this could be for you.
Qualifications (Level 2 / Level 3 in Engineering) and further training are supported for the right engineer!
Role Description.
* Planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of high speed, industrial automated machinery.
* Mechanical and Electrical fault finding and repair activities.
* Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
* Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.
* Carrying out project work.
* Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications.
* Maintenance Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong Mechanical or Electrical fault-finding skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across manufacturing machinery.
