The Role

Lead the design and development of innovative medical devices from concept through to manufacture using SolidWorks.
Manage product development projects, ensuring designs meet quality, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise products for performance, reliability, and production.
Mentor and support engineers while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the design function.The Person

Proven experience as a Lead Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, or similar within a manufacturing environment.
Strong SolidWorks experience with a background designing consumer electronic products.
Looking to transition into the medical device sector and develop expertise within a highly regulated industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and support a high-performing team.
