The Governors are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and dynamic Headteacher. In this key leadership role, you will shape the strategic direction of the school. You will also manage the day-to-day running of this happy, welcoming two-form-entry school. You will set high expectations to help children flourish, while prioritizing staff development and high-quality learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a practising Catholic who provides inspirational leadership based on shared Gospel values.

* Work closely with governors to shape and deliver the school's long-term vision.

* Champion top-quality teaching and learning to ensure every child maximises their potential.

* Inspire, develop, and guide staff at all levels while promoting a culture of mutual respect.

* Maintain a passionate commitment to the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils and staff.

* Communicate effectively and collaborate with parents, the parish, and the wider Diocese of Brentwood.

The Ideal Candidate Will

* Be a practising Catholic in good standing with a deep commitment to Catholic education.

* Demonstrate proven leadership experience with high expectations for student behaviour and achievement.

* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills to unite the school community.

* Display a track record of providing inspirational, strategic, and professional leadership.
