We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to join a reputable dealership group in Gloucester. Oversee daily operations of the vehicle service department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service delivery
Lead and motivate a team comprising Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, and Apprentices
Maximise workshop utilisation and labour sales through effective management as a Service Manager
Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service and professional communication
Support and implement policies aimed at continuous improvement in customer experience
Manage departmental administration, including ensuring compliance with health and safety and manufacturer requirements
Support business growth initiatives and develop relationships with customers and staffRequirements of a Service Manager:

Proven experience as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or Supervisor within a franchise-approved car dealership
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
IT literacy and familiarity with dealership management systems
Valid UK driving license with minimal points
Ability to work within the designated hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm
