Details on the role
Role: Plumber
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate : £21.50 per hour
Location: North London
Working Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
My client is currently looking for plumbers to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Plumbers on their behalf to interview and start immediately.
Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general plumbing reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
Key responsibilities include:
Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
Complete multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, decorating and patch plastering
Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes where possible
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Full UK Driver’s License
Social Housing Experience
Plumbing qualification (preferred)
