3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Pipefitters for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments. We welcome applications from experienced individuals as well as established pipefitting gangs looking to mobilise together.
The Role
Installation, assembly and maintenance of industrial pipework
Working from isometric drawings and engineering specifications
Fabricating and installing carbon steel and stainless steel pipework
Supporting pressure testing and commissioning activities
Working closely with Welders, Supervisors and Quality teams
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and workmanship
Requirements
Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience
Relevant Pipefitting qualifications
Ability to read isometric drawings
Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
Right to work in the UK
What's on Offer
Major refinery turnaround project (approximately mid-September to early November 2026)
60 hours per week (Sunday to Friday)
Day and night shift working
CIS or PAYE engagement
Lodge support available for those staying away from home
UK-wide applicants encouraged
Established gangs are welcome to apply
