Are you a highly organised administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy working with processes, managing multiple tasks and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time?
Our client, a respected and forward-thinking Wealth Management business, is looking for an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. Previous IFA or Financial Services experience is not essential - we are keen to speak with candidates who have strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisers and colleagues, providing administrative support across a variety of client-related activities. Responsibilities will include preparing documentation, processing new and existing business, obtaining information from providers, handling client enquiries and ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for:
Strong prove administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills and a proactive approach to learning
