Paid Media Specialist

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns promoting our organisation’s online programmes.

This role focuses on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns, as your primary channels, with opportunities to work on TikTok and AI-driven advertising platforms with the goal of generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimise campaigns and improve performance.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

* Plan, launch, and manage campaigns primarily on Meta and LinkedIn, and other digital platforms aligned with marketing objectives such as TikTok and AI ad platforms

* Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to create engaging creatives

* Collaborate with design to test ad creative and messaging for maximum engagement and conversion

Budget Management

* Assist the Paid Digital Marketing Manager and the Analytics team in monitoring and managing campaign budgets

* Provide insights and recommendations to optimise budget allocation and maximise ROI

* Track spend, forecast costs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies

Tracking & Performance Analysis

* Support the setup and optimisation of conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) and CRM integration

* Monitor KPIs (CPL, CTR, CAC, conversions) and use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities

* Analyse campaign performance across the funnel and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation

Person Specification:

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience

* Previous experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)

* In-depth knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn advertising platforms

* Experience assisting in budget monitoring and optimisation in collaboration with management

* Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok, AI-driven advertising platforms or other social media advertising is a plus

Skills

* Strong analytical skills; proficient in GA4, Excel, and CRM reporting

* Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

* Proactive mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to learn and experiment

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

* Attention to detail, eye for design, and a passion for delivering high-quality work
