Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + performance bonus

Are you a highly organised relationship-builder who thrives on keeping projects moving and clients engaged?
Our client is a growing specialist consultancy working with ambitious brands and businesses across a range of exciting projects. They are looking for a Client & Projects Manager to become the key link between clients and the delivery team, ensuring projects run smoothly, expectations are managed, and clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client relationships with project coordination and wants to play a key role in a growing business where they can genuinely make an impact.
The role of Client & Projects Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary day-to-day contact
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout projects
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Work closely with specialist teams to understand project progress and priorities
- Translate technical or complex information into clear client updates
- Manage client expectations around timelines, scope and project milestones
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively communicate solutions
- Support client onboarding and help create a consistently positive customer experience
- Attend client meetings and represent the business professionally
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships
To be successful in the role of Client & Projects Manager:
- Previous experience in account management, project coordination or client services
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project budgets and scope
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience within a consultancy, agency, FMCG, professional services or similar environment would be advantageous
The Salary and Package for the Client & Projects Manager role:
- Basic salary of £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Performance-related bonus
- Pension scheme
