A successful Health & Safety Advisor should have:
A recognised qualification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector, particularly in health and safety roles.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and training skills to engage with teams effectively.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
