Salary: Up to £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus (DOE)

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the multi-utilities market. Working closely with senior management, you will develop long-term client relationships and lead the commercial strategy for new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract award.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
About You
Proven experience in business development or sales within the multi-utilities sector.
An established network of industry contacts and existing client relationships.
A successful track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
