Are you passionate about customer service and helping people? We're looking for a Membership Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team, providing excellent service to members across phone, email, webchat and social media.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for members, managing enquiries from start to finish and ensuring a positive customer experience every time.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling enquiries across multiple channels.
Providing information on membership products, services and benefits.
Taking ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
Contacting members regarding subscriptions, fees and account updates.
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data compliance.
Supporting membership retention and service targets.About You
We're looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
Confident handling challenging conversations.
Organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload effectively.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated and able to work well within a team.Desirable: Previous experience in a call centre or customer contact environment.
