Are you a passionate and qualified Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding supply teaching assignments across Northamptonshire?

We are recruiting dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across our network of 48 schools within five established Multi-Academy Trusts across Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the variety of supply teaching while benefiting from consistent, full-time work in supportive and welcoming school communities.

The Role

As a Full-Time Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
Follow school planning where provided and adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Enjoy the opportunity to work across a variety of schools while gaining valuable experience.
Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
The right to work in the UK.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting every child's learning journey.
