* Support children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other additional learning needs.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Create engaging, nurturing learning experiences.
* Help children develop confidence, independence, and communication skills.
**What we're looking for:**
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
* Nursery or Early Years experience.
* A patient, compassionate, and positive approach.
* A passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
