Interim Isolation Manager – Long-term temporary and ongoing, full-time starting September 2026Here is a successful 11–18 secondary school with sixth form, part of the Cambrian Learning Trust. As the Interim Isolation Manager, you will oversee the school's isolation provision on a daily basis, ensuring that expectations and behaviour standards are maintained consistently.

Students may be placed in isolation due to:

Internal suspensions
Removal from lessons following refusal to comply with staff instructions
Failure to attend after-school detentionsDuties as Interim Isolation Manager:
Supervising the isolation room throughout the school day
Maintaining a calm, purposeful, and highly structured environment
Ensuring students adhere to school expectations and procedures
Monitoring student behaviour and engagement with set work
Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders
Building positive professional relationships with students while maintaining clear boundaries
