Manchester City Centre
Time Recruitment is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Manchester City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate record keeping, efficient returns processing, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
1-hour unpaid break (either 15 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes at lunch, or a full 1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
Process data entry and update internal systems
Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
Process returned goods and ensure inventory records are updated accordingly
Support order tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery queries
Assist with stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies
Produce reports and maintain warehouse management systems
Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and audit support
Work closely with warehouse and operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, or similar administrative role is advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using warehouse management or stock control systems would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work weekends during peak business periods when required
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
