This is a senior leadership role with real influence, supporting Home Managers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care across multiple services.

The Role
* Provide operational leadership across a group of care homes, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and service delivery.
* Support, mentor, and develop Home Managers, promoting strong, stable leadership within each service.
* Lead on quality improvement, governance, CQC readiness, and performance across the region.
* Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives, commercial performance, and sustainable occupancy.
* Build trusted relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and families, representing the organisation with professionalism and integrity.
About You
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or multi‑site leader within the care home sector.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulation, governance, and quality frameworks.
* Confident in supporting Home Managers, driving improvement, and managing performance.
* A collaborative, values‑led leader with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Able to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on support where needed.
Package
* £70,000 – £80,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
