Hours: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm (with flexibility)

Salary: £34,500pa

Are you a Registered Manager who knows that great care starts with great leadership?

We're looking for an experienced, passionate leader to take the reins of a family-run 15 bedded residential care home, creating a home where residents flourish and staff genuinely love coming to work.

What You'll Bring:

** Previous Registered Manager experience in Adult Social Care
** Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
** A Level 5 Leadership qualification (or working towards)
** Excellent leadership, budgeting and people management skills
** A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care
