We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established housebuilder on a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry.
You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

The Role
Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a new-build housing development
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
Monitor quality, progress, and site health & safety
Assist with programme delivery and site inspections
Help ensure NHBC standards and company procedures are maintained
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new-build housing developments
Experience with either traditional build or timber frame construction
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
