Job Title - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location - Pant, Oswestry

Salary - £43,000

Shift - Days and Nights (Rotating)

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-speed manufacturing company in Pant. This role sits within a busy and supportive engineering team where collaboration and efficiency are key to success.

You will be responsible for carrying out 90% planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and 10% reactive maintenance, including breakdowns, inspections, and continuous improvement activities. The role requires both electrical and mechanical support to be delivered quickly and effectively to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic engineer who enjoys a fast-paced environment with varied technical challenges.

Sector - Industrial Manufacturing

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory

Essential Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Ability to diagnose faults and repair equipment efficiently
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
Experience working with PLCs, including fault finding using inputs and outputs
