We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive growth for a people-focused services organisation. This is a great opportunity for a tenacious sales professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful business wins.

The Role:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Attend client meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to agreement
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality service
• Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities and pipeline progress
Person Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales or account growth
• Confident communicator, comfortable completing sales calls with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially aware, resilient and target driven
• Able to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Organised, resilient and motivated by achieving results
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
This is a full time, permanent position.
