Payroll Administrator - Harrow - Paying up to £33,000 - Plus Benefits & Career Progression
Our client a well established Building Services Consultancy within the engineering sector based in Harrow are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team.
The role:
As a Payroll Administrator you be required to assist with the following:
- Processing employee’s payrolls weekly/monthly.
- Issuing of P45s and leavers documents
- Changing holidays, pay and overtime in the system along with SSP, SMP and CSP, Tax code - Changes and amendments to personal details
- Updating files on various excel systems on a monthly basis and as required.
- To assist with various other ad hoc payroll-related duties as requested from time to time.
What we are looking in a Payroll Administrator:
- Must have previous experience in pay processing procedures from start to finish
- Knowledge of redundancy calculations would be an advantage but additional training will be provided.
- Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
- A good general education
- Ability to deal with large volume of data /data input
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manners.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word.
