Requirements for the year 2 teacher role
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have previous experience teaching in a Year 2 classroom.
Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of all pupils.
Be confident in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
Be passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
