Arabic Speaking Travel Consultant - Each day will not be the same, duties include:
* You will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of high net worth members, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries covering several destinations, events, party planning, restaurants, European beach holiday packages, worldwide tailormade holidays and straightforward hotel bookings worldwide.
* Researching travel requests to the best standard.
* Offering a cutting edge customer service.
* Ensure quality information is held on clients profiles including their personal preferences.
* Acting as an advisor and advocate to both the client and your colleagues to facilitate good effective communication, including any required translating of responses to the client.
Arabic Speaking Travel Consultant - Essential Requirements:
* Fluent in spoken and written Arabic & English.
* People who are passionate about delivering high quality personalised customer support and have excellent research skills.
* People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of travellers.
* Proven track record in European leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries.
* Experience in leisure travel essential.
* GDS experience is ideal but not essential such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus.
* Experience in a retail environment or Tour operator essential.
