Our client is a global manufacturing organisation undergoing a major SAP transformation to enhance operational efficiency and process standardisation. You will join a site team supporting the transition to new systems and ways of working within a complex production environment.

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the SAP deployment and stabilization phase. You will execute and monitor SAP transactions, ensure data integrity across production processes, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations while working closely with plant leadership, super users, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production orders from creation through closure, ensuring compliance with SAP processes and procedures.
  • Perform data validation and consistency checks between planned and actual production quantities.
  • Analyze and resolve production process anomalies, applying corrective actions where required.
  • Support order closure activities and validate production confirmations, stock movements, and inventory transactions.
  • Reconcile SAP data with shop-floor activities, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution.
  • Monitor incidents, system performance, stock levels, and batch traceability while escalating complex issues when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, production operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Good understanding of process manufacturing, stock management, and batch management.
  • Knowledge of SAP production processes or SAP Production Planning (PP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.

  • Type of contract: Contract
  • Contract length: SAP deployment and stabilization period (to be confirmed)
  • Workload: Full-time, 17 months
  • Location: Wormer/Zaandam, Netherlands
  • Working timezone: CET
  • Hourly pay: TBD
