We're looking for an experienced HR Data & Insights Lead to build and lead a modern HR analytics capability within a fast growing global organisation. You'll drive our HR data strategy, transform workforce data into meaningful business insights and play a key role in our SAP SuccessFactors journey.

Working closely with HR, Finance and Technology teams, you'll develop impactful Power BI dashboards, improve data quality and governance and deliver insights that support strategic workforce planning, talent decisions and executive reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the HR data and analytics roadmap
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Build scalable HR data models and system integrations
• Deliver actionable insights across workforce, talent, diversity and attrition
• Champion HR data governance, quality and compliance
• Lead and develop a small HR Data team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in HR analytics, HR data or HR transformation
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling and DAX
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting (Story Reports preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR metrics including headcount, attrition, talent and workforce planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in a complex or global organisation is desirable
