An ambitious and fast-growing Construction Consultancy is looking for a driven and independent Quantity Surveyor to join its Birmingham office.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying team, working across a diverse portfolio of projects including landscaping, commercial, mixed-use, private residential, and education schemes.
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects, delivering both pre and post contract services from inception through to completion. You'll be supported by an experienced Partner and Senior Quantity Surveyor, while enjoying the autonomy to manage your workload and build strong client relationships.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
MRICS would be ideal
Good pre and post contract knowledge.
Able to take on a project independently
Client facing
3+ years QS experienceIn Return?
£40,000 - £50,000
Car allowance
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
