TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Operative join a busy commercial maintenance project, on a long term project. The work include assisting maintenance engineers across a static MOD site near St. Ives. This is a temp-to-perm position, with a permanent position on offer after 12-weeks. This position is suitable for someone looking for stability and long term career prospects.
* Location - PE28 2EA
* Salary – £13.56 per hour PAYE
* Hours - 8AM - 4PM, 40 hours per week.
* Contract length - 12 week contract, permanent after this,
Upon completion of 12 weeks, you will receive a company vehicle and fuel card for the site, as well as a permanent contract.
As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to
* General reactive maintenance on the site
* This may include changing light bulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
* Assisting various maintenance engineers on site
