Help Build the Future of a Growing Automotive Business

This isn't just another manufacturing engineering role.

We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who wants to take ownership, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and help drive a growing business to the next level.

As we prepare for an exciting vehicle launch and continue to expand, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing robust manufacturing processes, developing production standards, supporting compliance, and helping to lead and mentor the manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, thrives on solving problems, and wants to make a genuine impact on how a business operates.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop and implement robust manufacturing and assembly processes.

* Create and maintain work instructions, control plans, process flows and manufacturing documentation.

* Develop process controls to support Conformity of Production (CoP) and second-stage type approval.

* Lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations.

* Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and solve complex production and process issues.

* Standardise manufacturing methods to improve quality, efficiency and repeatability.

* Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering to ensure successful vehicle launches.

* Help manage, mentor and support manufacturing staff, providing technical guidance and developing best practice.

* Drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety and manufacturing performance.

* Support audits, compliance reviews and launch readiness activities.

* Review existing processes and redesign them where improvements can be made.

* Play a key role in taking the manufacturing function and the business to the next level.

We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced Manufacturing or Process Engineer with a passion for improving manufacturing operations and developing world-class production processes.

You'll have experience with:

* Automotive manufacturing or vehicle assembly.

* APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows and Work Instructions.

* Conformity of Production (CoP), Type Approval or other regulated manufacturing environments.

* Designing manufacturing processes rather than simply maintaining them.

* Solving complex manufacturing and production challenges.

* Leading projects and influencing cross-functional teams.

* Supporting, mentoring or managing engineers and production staff.

* Working in fast-paced manufacturing environments where priorities can change quickly.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a growing business where your ideas will be listened to and your experience will genuinely shape how manufacturing develops.

You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence production strategy, help develop the team and become a key part of taking the business through its next phase of growth.

If you're a proactive Senior Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving problems, building efficient manufacturing systems and leading people while making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you
