An award-winning Chartered Consultancy with a national presence, is seeking an APC level Quantity Surveyor for their Sussex office.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of public sector projects including education, commercial, and residential.
With support of a Quantity Surveying Director, the new Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract tasks including preparing feasibility studies, producing BoQs, cost planning, carrying out valuations, negotiating final accounts, and more.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Committed to becoming MRICS
PQS / Consultancy background
Driving licence and car
Basic pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?
£40,000 - £50,000
25 days annual leave + plus bank holidays
