Role Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:

* Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users.

* Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility needs.

* Supporting individuals with eating, drinking, and medication prompts.

* Promoting independence, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.

* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

* Assisting residents with social activities and emotional support.

* Following safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

* Minimum 6 months of UK care experience (preferred).

* Right to work in the UK.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

* Mandatory training certificates (Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding, Infection Control, etc.).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.

* Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but not essential.
