Rotherwood Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider in Keighley.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day management of a nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care while driving continuous improvement and maintaining regulatory excellence.

We're looking for an experienced manager who can inspire a dedicated team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and lead the service towards achieving the highest standards of care.

The Role

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the service. You will lead and develop your team, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, manage budgets and resources effectively, and create a positive environment where residents receive outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall management and performance of the nursing home.

* Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.

* Drive continuous improvement and prepare for CQC inspections.

* Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.

* Oversee staffing, recruitment, training and workforce planning.

* Manage budgets and ensure the effective use of resources.

* Monitor clinical governance, quality assurance and risk management.

* Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and reflect residents' individual needs.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.

* Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect and exceptional care.

* Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and infection prevention procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience managing or deputising within a nursing home is essential.

* Proven experience achieving and maintaining CQC compliance.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

* NMC Registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD) is desirable.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards) is desirable.

* Enhanced DBS and satisfactory employment references.
