Active SC - requiredSR2 is recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join a collaborative digital team delivering a business-critical platform within a secure government environment. Working on a high-profile programme, you'll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, prioritising demand and ensuring the service continues to evolve in line with strategic objectives and user needs. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must already hold active Security Check (SC) clearance to be considered.

You'll play a key role in leading product direction, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and governance groups to balance competing priorities and maximise value. The successful candidate will be confident operating autonomously, making product decisions, managing a transparent backlog and communicating roadmap priorities across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Product Manager delivering complex digital products
Strong experience creating and managing strategic product roadmaps
Experience prioritising backlogs and managing product demand using structured frameworks
Experience working within Defence or MOD environments, with an understanding of technical and compliance considerations
Ability to operate independently, providing clear product leadership and direction
Active SC ClearanceWe are only able to accept applicants who already hold an active SC clearance. Unfortunately, due to tight project timescales, we cannot sponsor or process new clearances for this role.
