Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager
Job Description
Take ownership of all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the manufacturing site, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Promote a proactive health and safety culture through regular shop floor presence, audits, inspections, and employee engagement.
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections, and reactive maintenance through external contractors.
Produce and report HSE KPIs while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Work closely with Production, Engineering and Management teams to maintain a safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing environment.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
NEBOSH/IOSH qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience
