Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a talented and motivated Business & Computer Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Wigan area from September 2026.
This is a full-time teaching position running until Christmas 2026, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

The successful Business & Computer Science Teacher will teach Business Studies and Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' commercial awareness, digital literacy and problem-solving skills. The successful Business & Computer Science Teacher will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching Business Studies and/or Computer Science within a UK secondary school
Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons that challenge and motivate students
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners
The role offers:
September 2026 start
Full-time teaching position
Long-term contract until at least Christmas 2026
Daily pay from £168.80 to £232.56, depending on experience and teacher pay scale
Weekly pay through Tradewind Recruitment
Access to over 2,500 free CPD courses through The National College
Ongoing support from a dedicated Secondary Education ConsultantThis opportunity would suit an experienced Business Teacher, Computer Science Teacher, ICT Teacher, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a long-term role within a supportive secondary school.
