DENSO Marston Ltd, based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, is part of the global DENSO Corporation, a world leader in advanced automotive technology. We manufacture high-performance heat exchange units and cooling modules for OEMs across the off-highway, construction and agricultural sectors.
We're seeking a Maintenance Technician with either an Electrical or Mechanical bias to support our production operation. Working across a varied range of manufacturing equipment, you'll diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and help improve machinery reliability within a busy manufacturing environment.
Working Hours & Benefits
Alternating Shifts
Week 1

Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 11:00amWeek 2

Monday – Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pmBenefits include:

Diagnose, fault-find and repair manufacturing equipment
Respond to production breakdowns safely and effectively
Complete preventative maintenance and equipment improvements
Interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
Work across both legacy and modern manufacturing machinery
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Promote high standards of safety and housekeepingEssential Experience & Qualifications

Time served engineering apprenticeship
Minimum ONC, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
At least two years' manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills
PLC fault-finding experience
Experience maintaining production machinery
Root cause analysis and reliability improvement experience
Able to work independently or within a teamRequired Skills

Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
Logical approach to troubleshooting
Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
Safe systems of work and isolation procedures
