Accounts Assistant | Poole | Up to £30,000

As an Accounts Assistant, you will benefit from:

As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and raising sales invoices, credit notes and cancellations across UK and German entities
Allocating cash receipts and resolving unidentified or short payments
Processing daily bank statements and posting transactions to the General Ledger
Supporting month-end close, reconciliations and ledger reviews
Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing and credit control queries
Contributing to continuous improvement across invoicing and cash allocation processes
As an Accounts Assistant, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a sales ledger or cash allocation role
Comfortable working across multiple entities or currencies
Good working knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
Familiarity with UK GAAP, ideally with some exposure to European accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to record-keeping
Confident liaising with stakeholders across different departments
