Are you a hands-on leader from a machine shop environment who thrives on driving performance, leading teams, and making a real impact on the shop floor?
We're working with a highly respected engineering organisation that is investing in its manufacturing capability and looking for a Assembly Supervisor to lead a skilled team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing environment where your leadership will directly influence output, quality, and team success.

You'll be part of a highly regarded engineering operation
You get structure, stability, and long-term career potential
And importantly… a shift pattern that gives you real time back
