We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role that is central to the smooth running of our operations, acting as the link between incoming work and our design engineers while supporting project delivery from start to finish
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of coordination between project call-off and allocation to design engineers.
Manage utility applications
Manage council applications
Coordinate incoming work from the sales team through to project delivery.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and project records.
Attend internal and client meetings when required.
Provide general administrative support to ensure projects run efficiently.About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
