Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership in Great Yarmouth, seeking a skilled Service Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to join a professional team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and career development within the motor trade sector.

Duties:
* Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
* Schedule service appointments and manage workshop workload
* Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
* Advise customers on additional service and repair needs
* Ensure effective communication between customers and workshop team
* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and vehicle service history
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Organised, with good attention to detail
* Professional, proactive attitude
